मेरे सपनों का शिक्षालय Part-1

मेरे सपनों का शिक्षालय मेरी एक कल्पना है जो इस ब्लॉग के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत है -
प्राशासनिक स्वरूप:-
यह एक प्रकार का आवासीय विद्यालय (Boarding School)होगा जिसका ध्यान विद्यार्थियों के वैयक्तिक तथा सामाजिक विकास को शामिल करते हुए सर्वांगीण विकास पर केंद्रित होगा। इसका प्रशासनिक स्वरूप सामान्य न होकर कुछ विशिष्ट होगा।
सर्वप्रथम इस शिक्षालय की कार्यालयिक भाषा वह भाषा होगी जिस भाषा को वहाँ के सभी कर्मचारियों तथा शिक्षार्थियों द्वारा सुगमता से समझा जा सके। इस शिक्षालय की पढ़ाई का माध्यम भी वही भाषा होगी। उस भाषा की शिक्षा विषय के रूप में उन्हें प्राथमिक स्तर से दी जाएगी।
'जीवन मार्गदर्शक' नाम से एक विशिष्ट पद होगा जिसका कार्य शिक्षार्थियों को जीवन में उचित मार्गदर्शन देकर उन्हें सही दिशा देना होगा। यह मार्गदर्शक मनोविज्ञान का विशेष ज्ञाता होगा।
जब विशेष संकाय को चुनने का समय आए, तो शिक्षार्थी इस पदाधिकारी के पास जाकर अपनी रुचि के अनुरूप संकाय चुनाव कर सके।
संकाय चुनाव के बाद संकाय के प्रत्येक विषय में तीन तरह के वर्ग बनेंगे। इस संकल्पना को एक उदाहरण के द्वारा समझते हैं-
यदि हम भौतिक विज्ञान विषय के तीन वर्ग बनाएं, तो इस प्रकार बनाएँगे-
प्रथम वर्ग अर्थात् गहन अध्ययन मार्ग:- जो शिक्षार्थी भौतिक विज्ञानी बनने अथवा इस विषय में शोध में अपना जीवन लगाने के इच्छुक हों, वे इस वर्ग में स्थान ग्रहण करेंगे।
द्वितीय वर्ग अर्थात् मूलभूत अध्ययन मार्ग:- वे शिक्षार्थी जो विषय की मूलभूत स्तर की समझ रखकर आगे बढ़ने के इच्छुक हों, इस वर्ग में जाएंगे।
तृतीय वर्ग में वे विद्यार्थी जो पढ़ाई से इतर अपना जीवन समर्पित करना चाहते हों जैसे - खेल।
बाहरी ढाँचा :- इस शिक्षालय में सुंदर हरियाली युक्त पार्क होगा। जीव विज्ञान के विद्यार्थियों का एक प्रायोगिक कार्य सभी पौधों के Botanical और सामान्य नाम देना होगा। हर विषय हेतु पृथक कक्षा -कक्ष का प्रबंध होगा जिसमें उस विषय संबंधी आकर्षक पोस्टर, चार्ट आदि लगे होंगे जिससे विद्यार्थी का मन उस विषय को गहनता से पढ़ने का करे।

"Life"as a "Teacher "

Namshkar... Here we are talking about "Education ". Education means... What we learn and how we learn.... How we observe things.... And how much we able to observe things.... And how much we able to amply in our life..... That's all thing called "Education ".......education is learning and this  Is the  main thing.....
           Listening the word "Education " , our mind starts to creat a image about "teacher"...n there is no doubt that teacher plays a major role in our lives.  But the biggest teacher is "life".  Life teaches the most important lessons that called "experience". And these experiences are proved as milestone in journey of life. These experiences we find neither at any school nor in books.
                    In the journey of life, we are survivors, and we survive here to be a good human, to be gentleman and most important to live a good life. And in all these things, we learn to sacrifice, we learn to adjust , we learn to behave and most important n meaningful thing ...."we learn to live,we learn to love ".
life is nothing but education.  And to get this education we need not any school and books, life's lesson happens with us and learn the bitter but true lessons.
         Life teaches only two main things .......1. Live for death.
                         Or
                    2. Live the life in that way that your life will be inspiration for others.
  Education goes from cradle to grave.
              And that's the life.

सुबह की शिक्षा

आज का यह शीर्षक भारतीय संस्कृति के  सुबह के आचारों पर  केंद्रित है। सुबह की शुरुआत किस तरह होनी  चाहिए ।  भारतीय संस्कृति  के  पुराणों में प्रात :स्मरण का उल्लेख है। बिस्तर  छोड़ने से  पूर्व प्रात : स्मरण  श्लोक  का उच्चारण  और धरती मा पर        पैर  रखने से  पूर्व क्षमा याचना करना।
ये मूल्य  जिन्होने  भारतीय  संस्कृति को  चरम  बुलंदियों पर पहुंचाया, देखने  में  भले ही बहुत छोटी बातें  लगती है। परंतु ये ही  थी  बाते और आचार  जिन्होने  हमे  सोने  की चिड़िया बनाया। 
आज  हमारी जिम्मदेदारी है कि हम  अपनी संस्कृति के संरक्षण के लिए  छोटी छोटी बातों से शुरुआत करे। प्रात : स्मरण श्लोक  आगे  लिखा है_
काराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वती।
करमूले तू गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम्।।1।।
हाथ के अग्रभाग में लक्ष्मी, मध्य भाग में सरस्वती तथा हाथ के मूल भाग में भगवान नारायण निवास करते हैं। अतः प्रातःकाल अपने हाथों का दर्शन करते हुए अपने दिन को शुभ बनायें। 

Education in Rural Areas

Education is only a weapon that can change plight of Rural areas.  On knowing this fact, government made so many planning and efforts but implementation of government's planning could not made a big effect. The result of effect came into to as too many private institutions of education. These institutions played a major role in 'COMMERCE of EDUCATION'.
Although there are too many institutions on rural areas but they are providing only education of books not education of life. A student came out from rural areas for higher studies finds himself much lesser than his companions who studied in a school of city that was devoted to overall development of child. A student of rural areas crunch into a student who know only about books, exams, good marks whereas too many that should be, had been left behind. He feels so inferior when   he faces so opportunities as he did not see these things in his school life.Mostly he finds contradiction as sometimes he thinks  opportunities as disturbing things in his study whereas they emerge his abilities.
The private educational institutes that thrust into his mind that only book knowledge is everything in life are responsible for it to a great extent.
