So my dear friends without any exaggeration I am going to start today's topic which is most important concept. Yes  you got the right I am talking about the comparative study of formative and summative assessment- 

A) FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT.....

1. Formative assessment is related with instructional objectives.
2. Formative assessment in short term.
3. Formative assessment provides feedback.
4. Formative assessment evaluate importance and appropriateness of teaching methodology.
5. Formative assessment is a tool for summative assessment.
6. Formative assessment doesn't provide grades.
7. Formative assessment is not used in classifying students.
8. Remedial teaching is a part of formative assessment.
9. Formative assessment is not terminal.
10. Nature formative assessment is developmental or reformative.
11. Example/tools-  weekly tests,mid term exam, assignments, subject Quizlet.

B) SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT.....

1. Summative assessment is related with educational objectives.
2. Summative assessment is being done at the end of session.
3. Summative assessment doesn't provide feedback.
4. Summative assessment give a final review about it teaching style but it doesn't give occasion to change the teaching style.
5. Summative assessment is destiny of formative assessment.
6. Summative assessment provides grades.
7. Summative assessment gives a differentiated graph of students performance.
8. Generally teachers doesn't do remedial teachings after summative assessment for that particular season.
9. Summative assessment is terminal in its nature.
10. Somebody assessment has a nature to judge or rank the students.
11. Example/tools- final examination
